GUIDED SPORTSFISHING PACKAGES

Your west coast fishing package would include guided fishing in a heated, covered cruiser, saltwater fishing licenses and stamp, all gear, bait, tackle and all applicable taxes. Also included are accommodations and all meals at our floating Lodge (wine and beer included with meals) as well as transportation via cruiser to and from the resort and Moutcha Bay (approx 2 1/2 hrs drive from Campbell River).

Your guides will clean your fish for you and we can arrange any additional fish processing for your trip home or for shipping. *Fish processing and shipping are not included in your package price.

UNGUIDED PACKAGES-BRING YOUR OWN BOAT

Nootka Sound Resort welcomes all sport fishermen to the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia, Canada.

Your unguided sportfishing package includes your accommodations and meals at the resort (beer and wine served with dinner), moorage for boats up to 29’ in overall length and friendly, helpful staff with knowledge of our local fisheries and local points of interest. For your convenience your saltwater fishing license may be purchased at the Gold River Fishing Lodge.

Our In-House Guide is also available for hire for simply a few hours (in your own boat) to help get you started and familiar with the regional waters or for a full day (advance reservation a must).

Be sure to bring your fishing, prawning and crab fishing gear so that you may fully appreciate and enjoy all the fresh seafood this region has to offer.

Upon booking, our knowledgable staff will offer you information regarding what is available locally and what is recommended to bring.
